“Can't speak highly enough of Eric at Paradigm. I'd been trying for months to identify a solution for enclosing our open bookshelves with cabinet doors. I even attempted to do it myself with IKEA doors and hinges off Amazon - not recommended. Finally found Eric through an Instagram hashtag and he worked some magic: came to meet us, measure the space, and take an existing door for color matching purposes; made the doors; and came to install them - over the span of ONE WEEK. He saved me additional months of headache trying to sort this out, and we were finally able to baby-proof the entire second floor of our home. Would recommend Eric a million times over, and are now looking for additional projects around the house just to have him be the one to complete them.”

I was so impressed with their customer service and product that I hired them to do a gut renovation of my rental. Again they delivered on time and the apt rented in one week. “We hired Rae Packard as our kitchen designer. Her husband, John, is the master cabinet maker and handles the installations of the cabinets and countertops. They are highly experienced professionals and their advice is invaluable. During our meetings, the focus was completely on the project and every detail was worked out from beginning to end. For example, the position and purpose of each cabinet/drawer/appliance/light, etc., is worked out on paper drawings in advance. They have wood/tile/hardware samples on site, which we found helpful as we considered various options. They also have a wealth of contacts (e.g., general contractor, marble places, appliance places, fixtures, etc.) that they have cultivated over time and that they shared with us as needed. All of their referrals were gold. The Packards worked in a timely manner and they responded to all questions and requests. In summary, if we had to do our kitchen all over again, we would call the Packards.”

Beginning from just came in to measure the size of door, then told me when will the work start. Show up on time, pay attention to details. After finished the work he cleaned the whole working area. “Many months ago we decided to renovate our kitchen, it was 27 years old. I had gone to a few designers and kitchen stores but still had not made up my mind as to what I really wanted. I went into Floor Town in Paramus NJ, to see what was new in floors and noticed the kitchens that were displayed in the store. I asked Kenny Horn, who built them etc, and he told me and i called Creative Design in Northvale NJ. I was put in touch with Peter Sotiropoulos and after that the rest was smooth sailing. Peter came over took down measurements, asked what I wanted and helped me with the budget. He is so considerate and helpful beyond words. He helped us every step of the way. His opinions were immensely helpful and his direction really made me feel like I was getting a fabulous kitchen out come ! Peter's dates were all on target and the kitchen contractor I used that Peter works with was professional and respectful of my house. The crew was hard working and fantastic. I would recommend Creative Design to every one! Thank you Peter !”
