He helped me design and make a beautiful walnut dining table from sratch and everything along the process was a wonderful experience. He hand-selected the raw wood slab, showed me various combinations of how he would put them together, painted a number of wood samples and showed it to me before he applied it to the table just to help visualize the real effects. Communicating with Lawrence was very casual and easy, and he was extremely patient when it came to the times I wanted a change on the original design. My dining table turned out to be a masterpiece in my eyes and everybody liked it.”

During the early stages of planning my home remodel I met the CEO of Gamma Designs Vlad at a home show. Vlad came to my home and spent significant time discussing with me my new kitchen design. A few days later he submitted to me the most beautiful kitchen design and just what I wanted. The design he sent to me was not an architectural sketch, but instead a color artistic rendering of my new kitchen. During the entire process Vlad kept in touch with me, answered all my questions, made sure he had everything designed just like I wanted it, and treated me like I was his most important client. When the very few little problems arose, Vlad would tell me (not to worry) he would take care of it, and he promptly did so. My kitchen turned out perfect! The quality of the cabinets and the workmanship are excellent. I am very happy!”

“I am extremely pleased with the floor coating provided by Tailored Living. I had this product installed in a laundry room and mud room over an exiting concrete slab. It is beautiful, and comfortable to walk on. The coating system provides an insulated comfort compared to finished concrete. The finished product is smooth and easy to clean. “My designer has used Demetra before and the reviews were excellent. Our experience was not flawless. However, we were able to work out a solution with Demetra. We ordered cabinets for a kitchen and a kitchenette. My designer started working with Lexus and unfortunately their design used an 8' ceiling instead of 9'. A few months later when we were ready to work out the design Lexus was gone, so Kevin took over. Kevin came and measured the spaces to finalize the designs. I met with him to go over the details. For the kitchenette he was able to figure out an efficient panel layout to cover the bottom side of the uppers that were not colored (this is a drawback with the acrylic cabinets). That was great, except when he measured at the site he did not see that a beam that intersects his design of the upper cabinets. Luckily, I caught this error before the cabinets were in production. He was very quick to update the design and the cost was actually reduced with our solution. Unfortunately, I did not catch the 8' ceiling error in the larger kitchen design. The renderings showed the cabinets going to the ceiling like I wanted. After we placed the order we were told that the finish we selected was no longer available! Make sure to confirm the materials before signing off for production. The only option Demetra offered was a different finish (acrylic) which was a different shade of cream. We were in a pickle since we needed the cabinets and the production time is quoted as 6-8 weeks. Finally, the cabinets were delivered and when my contractor started the installation he let me know that the 8' tall panels to cover the sides of the refrigerator were too short. I contact Kevin and he tells me that the panels are not available taller than 8'. Things are looking pretty grim...I meet with Kevin and Ricky (owner) and we quickly came up with a solution using a new product that will coordinate with the cabinets and has longer panels. Ricky agreed to credit us for the short panels to offset the cost of the new panels and additional upper cabinet/doors. Overall, the cabinets may even look better, and Kevin and Ricky were creative in figuring out how to use what we had to minimize the additional cost. The acrylic cabinets are stunning and are more durable compared with the high-gloss enamel (used in our last kitchen project). The lead time for the material is also short - just 2 weeks. If you are thinking you will save some money and just use IKEA cabinets, you should reconsider. Demetra has custom size cabinets that are much higher quality for not much more cost - and you don't have to build the boxes. Also, you can get replacement doors from Demetra if you need them later.”
