This house was very old, and it turned out the basement shower had been leaking behind the tile for a long time, which had caused a very serious mold issue. To make matters worse, the walls contained asbestos, which we had to have properly removed. Jeff was very professional throughout the whole experience, and took care of everything for us quickly and on budget. The end result was a beautiful new bathroom with no issues, which made us, and our tenant, very happy.”
