We had one issue with the carpet that left us a bit disappointed initially-- a seam which was slightly visible, though reasonable given the pattern of our carpet. Lauren assured us that the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. She came to our house personally, then found more carpet from the same dye lot and had a major portion pulled up and redone in a different orientation which made the seam invisible. We are very happy with the carpet, and we are extremely impressed with their customer service.”
