“For our kitchen renovation, we thought about changing to granite countertops. We looked for a good company that offered a variety of kitchen countertops in Chicago and found that in Timeless. Not only was their selection large giving us many options, but they had great people there to help us. They had what seemed like the biggest collection of granite, quartz, and even marble countertops in Chicago. In the end, we were very happy with the quartz countertops that we selected instead of the granite we thought we wanted. Timeless is a great countertop company.”

“SP Group was contracted to do extensive stone work in the gut renovation of our condo. This included a master bathroom wet area (walls, ceiling and floor) and counter tops, kitchen back splashes and counter tops, a fireplace wall, and guest bath counter tops. Greg spent considerable time with our architect and me at his facility as we all planned how the slabs could be best laid out for maximum effect in each room. He was also very good about providing samples of the materials both polished and honed so we could make the better selection. When it came time for installation, he delivered on time and his crew was careful, courteous and very capable. Once we moved back in and the inevitable punch list was made, Greg tended to all of the small details on our list with no prodding or reminders. In summary, SP Group was pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.”

“Julian came out and quoted us on a tear our of our bamboo floors and new tile install. He was prompt and upfront with costs and when he could start the job. He provided the underlayment and grout needed but we picked the tile. He did offer to take us to the tile store to review options but we had already picked out what we wanted. Julian stated he thought the job would take 3 days and it actually took 4 but we ran out of tile and had to get more so that was partially our fault. I felt Julian was a very hard worker and he did an amazing job on the floors! We LOVE them!”

“I recently remodeled my kitchen, purchasing my cabinets and countertops through IKEA. The Countertop Factory is the contracter who provided the Caesarstone countertops and install. I was very happy with their workmanship and responsiveness. The counters look great and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I was most impressed at how hard they worked to rectify a small problem with one of the pieces and, ulitmately, agreed to a replacement of that piece.”

“Jason Muzzy, Inc was recommended to us by a friend. After dealing with several other outfits we found his work to be the best by far. Outstanding! When any one of our friends look at our bathroom the comments are always "Incredible, Awesome, Outstanding, etc.. We remodeled our Master Bath and used 7 different types of tile and put in a heated floor and couldn't find a flaw anywhere. Jason is a true craftsman who takes pride and care in everything does and it shows. We have some other projects coming up in the future and wouldn't consider anyone else for the work. Can't recommend his work enough. In summary; Incredibile!!!”
