“For our kitchen renovation, we thought about changing to granite countertops. We looked for a good company that offered a variety of kitchen countertops in Chicago and found that in Timeless. Not only was their selection large giving us many options, but they had great people there to help us. They had what seemed like the biggest collection of granite, quartz, and even marble countertops in Chicago. In the end, we were very happy with the quartz countertops that we selected instead of the granite we thought we wanted. Timeless is a great countertop company.”

“Simply the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My job was the restoration of a tiny bathroom in my 1929 four square, brick home in Hamilton Ontario Canada. I couldn’t believe that any manufacturer would have bothered with my order. Not only were my hard to find 4.25 square inch tiles shipped quickly, but the glaze was exactly as indicated on the sample card. I’m thrilled to be able to replace the original damaged tiles with Heritage’s while preserving the balance of the original decorative features. Great company, lovely staff and such a beautiful product.”

“They installed granite countertops and stainless steel sinks. The salesmen was very nice and installation was on time. The kitchen was left clean after installation. The salesman George went the extra mile to went us sink grates. I would use them again and refer them to anyone.”

“We did a complete kitchen rehab. Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable about which counter top materials would work best for us in our very active kitchen. We wanted marble and she educated us regarding the upkeep and possible scratches and etching marble would incur. She was obviously interested in our long-term happiness--a quality that is rare these days. In addition, we wanted a matte finish. She worked tirelessly finding all matte options so we could make the best decision. We decided on a matte white quartz with grey veining. The counter top material is gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased with our selection. Her true interest in our project, along with her honesty and knowledge are the reasons we chose Prisma.”

“If I could give the team at Blue Pearl ten stars, I would. They are amazing! Very professional and accommodating. Our contractor was using a different fabricator and after they scribed our peninsula they dropped us because it was too complicated. Blue Pearl had been highly recommended to us so we had them come out. Ken, who I now refer to as a scribing god, came right out to scribe the counter and when five guys slid the stone into place.... It fit like a glove. Perfect! On top of that, the granite yard that we purchased our stone from found a imperfection. Teresa from Blue Pearl took the template all the way into Chicago, taped it out to make sure the stone would still work. She sent me images and kept me posted the whole way. They were amazing when I was trying to decide on the edge profile. VERY patient - showing me existing samples, as well as, cutting several new ones for me to view. They did all of this in less than a two week time span and made the whole experience stress-free. On a side note, we had already had our stone prior to going with Blue Pearl. If that had not been the case, I definitely would have just got our stone from them. They had a stunning piece with a leather finish -front and center on their lot that had me wishing we had started with them from the beginning.”

The representatives at Andy Tile took their time to talk to me about the right tiles and the installation process, which was very helpful in choosing the perfect tiles and scheduling the tile installer. Their friendly and proactive service was a real pleasure that made the experience fun and memorable. And the shower looks fantastic too! I am recommending Andy Tile to everyone I know and when I need tiles again, I know I’ll be back for more great service.”

“Alan Pritzker and his entire staff at Designer Stone Outlet are great to work with. After going to numerous other tile stores in the area and not even getting a Hi, I decided to stop in and take a look. I’m glad I did. I knew I was in the right place the moment I walked in the door and Cola greeted me with a big smile and a “How are you, What can I help you design today.” That was great because I had no idea what I wanted for my bathroom remodel and had no clue where to begin. Cola practically held my hand through the whole process coming up with some great design ideas and concepts for me. After 3 weeks and 4 trips back to tweak the design, I finally pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is incredible and they really enjoy what their doing, it shows by the amount of time they are willing to spend with you; Their pricing is great too.
