“For our kitchen renovation, we thought about changing to granite countertops. We looked for a good company that offered a variety of kitchen countertops in Chicago and found that in Timeless. Not only was their selection large giving us many options, but they had great people there to help us. They had what seemed like the biggest collection of granite, quartz, and even marble countertops in Chicago. In the end, we were very happy with the quartz countertops that we selected instead of the granite we thought we wanted. Timeless is a great countertop company.”

“Just had our travertine tile (kitchen, foyer, hallways, showers) cleaned and polished by Jasmin and I can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service we received. Our experience was wonderful from working with Dan on a quote to the very end of the project. Jasmin is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I worried needlessly about it being a messy project and color matching our tile and grout repairs. Jasmin made the decision-making simple, plus he brought a clean tarp making sure all of his work tools stayed on the tarp when not in use. I really appreciate that! End result: Our travertine tile looks so refreshed!! Thanks, Sir Grout!”

“Alan Pritzker and his entire staff at Designer Stone Outlet are great to work with. After going to numerous other tile stores in the area and not even getting a Hi, I decided to stop in and take a look. I’m glad I did. I knew I was in the right place the moment I walked in the door and Cola greeted me with a big smile and a “How are you, What can I help you design today.” That was great because I had no idea what I wanted for my bathroom remodel and had no clue where to begin. Cola practically held my hand through the whole process coming up with some great design ideas and concepts for me. After 3 weeks and 4 trips back to tweak the design, I finally pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is incredible and they really enjoy what their doing, it shows by the amount of time they are willing to spend with you; Their pricing is great too. “We experienced some flooding in our kitchen and needed to replace our cabinets but preserve the granite. DB Polishing did a great job of working with us to gently remove the granite and re-install it. Most people warned us that it could break because there was a seam in an L-shaped piece but they got it in and out without any harm done. I would hire them again.”

“I most recently hired Artisan Stone & Mosaic for work in my Master Bathroom. Specific to this job completed by Artisan Stone, the shower needed to be sealed and I was thrilled by the work at the time and I am just as satisfied one year later. The company is a sole proprietorship owned by Mitch Becker. The work performed by Mr. Becker is if absolute perfection. All of the work is done in a professional and very timely manner. Mr. Becker is dedicated to providing the best value and desirable result for his customer. I have used the services of Mr. Becker several times over the past couple of years. Work included bathroom floor tile restoration as well as shower restoration in each of my bathrooms. I have been impressed with the quality of the work each time. My level of satisfaction with the company is of the highest level and if I am in need of similar work in the future I will be contacting Artisan Stone.”
