“Tyler Grams is the ultimate professional. His knowledge base, reliability, cost, his flexible and affable nature, all make Tyler a standout in his profession. I contracted with Tyler to work on my newly renovated home in Northboro. His tasks were not easy, since I did not use an interior decorator or was working with a general contractor. Tyler worked side by side helping me with the design process, laying out specific patterns for each room, helping me choose materials and even running to the tile store to pick out grout colors. Tyler is amazing, easy to work with, timely and most of all one of the most diligent individuals I have ever hired in the construction field. I highly recommend Tyler Grams for any tile project , large or small, in your home. His exceptional talent, motivation for customer satisfaction and knowledge base make this young man a stand out in his field. I am so thrilled with all of the tile work Tyler did to help make my house a home!”

“Ike was a referral from a handyman who had used him to tile his own bathroom. He responded quickly and was affordable. I think we talked on a Wednesday, he came out to see the kitchen Thursday, I ordered and picked up tile Friday and he came the following Monday to install our backsplash! We are very happy with his work and I have given his name to several other people.”

“I've had the Countertop Shop do several jobs for me- my kitchen and bathroom in my former condo, and a new bathroom in our current home. Both times, the service provided by the team, Bryan and Harry, was fantastic. Always willing to do things a bit out-of-the-ordinary, they made our new bathroom gorgeous with pacific salt quartz that was *not* easy to install in our older home. Prices are incredibly competitive, and they are just all-around wonderful people. I highly recommend them!”

“I've been struggling with wanting to have my bathroom shower tile re-grouted and trying hard to find a dependable company to do this small job. I hired Act One for the job and was rewarded with a shower that looks brand new. John was efficient, pleasant, cleaned up after himself and did an outstanding job. If you're looking for a dependable company that arrives when they say they will, meets and exceeds your expectations and has a wealth of knowledge about what they are doing, They gave me a reasonable price for the work and I received value for the dollars spent. I highly recommend Act One and I never do recommendations lightly.”

He also Installed on the weekend which I was very grateful for since I operate my business inside my home. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Him and his team did a great job I would definitely recommend him to others.”

“Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”
