“Tim was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. We obtained several bids and chose Tim because of his excellent reviews on Angie's List and because he does the work himself and is on site every day. We literally gave him a key to our house and even felt 100% comfortable going out of town for 10 days during the project. Tim and a couple of wonderful helpers did all the demo work in both our master bath and our downstairs guest bath. We appreciated that he put protective plastic down the very first day, which kept our carpet and other floor surfaces safe from damage. Tim recommended a plumber he has worked with a lot, and we were equally pleased with him and his crew. The final price was exactly the amount Tim had estimated in the beginning. He even passed his entire contractor's discount on the tile on to us. Now that the job is done, my wife and I just keep walking into both bathrooms and being amazed at the beauty and quality of Tim's work. The tiles are all perfectly straight and the grout is absolutely perfect. Hopefully we will be able to hire Tim to re-tile our other two bathrooms sometime in the future. Bottom line is that we felt like Tim became a member of our family and we ended up with bathrooms that far exceeded our greatest expectations. We recommend Tim with absolutely no reservation. The installers came on the day chosen and did a very professional job. After the installation they cleaned up the area and one hardly knew they had been in our house. We had one issue with the carpet that left us a bit disappointed initially-- a seam which was slightly visible, though reasonable given the pattern of our carpet. Lauren assured us that the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. She came to our house personally, then found more carpet from the same dye lot and had a major portion pulled up and redone in a different orientation which made the seam invisible. We are very happy with the carpet, and we are extremely impressed with their customer service.”
