“We have had a number if good experiences with this company. Tom Lafford is thoughtful, laid back salesman: no unhelpful pressure, plenty of advice. Their installation teams and templater are nice guys who are careful and engaged with the work. We had some disappointing delays due to surprises in the slabs we chose (a stain that blossomed the farther through the slab it was cut) and I really appreciated the efforts made to ensure we would be totally happy with our installation, even though it meant some frustration and waiting all round. Billing was efficient and correct. Would use them again and recommend.”

“Excellent company and Joyce is a true professional and sweetheart! She personally came to our home to take measurements, worked around our evening appointment request. Brought samples with her and provided us quotes on both Quartz and Granite, right then and there! We agreed to meet that Saturday at the showroom/facility, so we could make final choice (we needed to see larger slabs to make a proper decision) and pick under mount sinks and edge profile. Joyce was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We asked for a Saturday appt. and were offered one 3 weeks out. Installers showed up on time and were very polite. They placed runners down in working area. Everything went very smoothly and expeditiously. Both gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and answered any of our questions. Excellent work, thank you to everyone!”
