“I have been into the Ottawa location many times and have to say in comparison to other companies I have dealt with so far their customer service was fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They still have the family business vibe going for them. I would recommend their Ottawa branch to anyone in search of tiles for their home. They have a very large showroom and tons of options.”

“We had bought tile from them during our original home renovation but I totally forgot about them I initially found them, for a second time here on Houzz. I went through their showroom and the rep walked me through different options for our project, a fireplace upgrade. He introduced be to all the products and based on his advice we went with an engineered ceramic carrera marble look-a-like. It was awesome. They also honored the designer discount which was already on our account from our home renovation. They are not the cheapest but you'll be happy about the result.”

“This is a wonderful example of what the best of the best is in hardware, nursery and variety stores. Each and every one of the employees is knowledgeable, intelligent, kind and even empathic to the customer who just is not sure of his project and what it requires. I have always gone in there and left with just the right piece for the fix , the right plant for the spot, or the right gift for the holiday. This is a smal town store with big service.”

“We'd had a bad experience with a general contractor who built a new ensuite shower that ended up leaking because they'd punctured the membrane; they rebuilt it halfway and then abandoned us. Andrew came to the rescue with a beautiful retiling of the shower. He was very precise about correcting a poor slope on the floor and helped us with figuring out how to tile the bench in a better way than before (which had led to the leak). It looks gorgeous. He was tidy, punctual, polite and pleasant, and got the job completed in a very efficient way. We'd be pleased to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional job with minimal hassle!”
