“It is always a pleasure to work with Matt Mitchell of Sir Grout. I have worked with him on various tile and grout cleaning and repair projects and the results are always fantastic! He is a true professional who is courteous, friendly, timely and dedicated to not only his craft, but customer service as well. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the products, performance and results of the requested work. His estimates the correct time needed to complete the job so other contractors can be scheduled accordingly keeping projects on track and timely for the homeowner. “Thank you Gerardo's Marble & Granite LLC.. was wonderful. He helped me after I had a disastrous installation experience with another company. and he left me without the granite that I paid. I called Gerardo and he took photos of various slabs until we found the exact match he wanted. Gerardo was understanding when I told him what happened with this other company and he told me that he would take good care of me. Gerardo put what happened in perspective and this was not the end of the world, it's just a countertop and a little inconvenience and delay in finishing my kitchen. The total cost of Gerardo's Marble & Granite was $2,000 less than... Now I have beautiful new countertops, a working stove, and $2,000 to spend on my kitchen backsplash! The peninsula was delivered as one solid piece and the underside has that uniform look and feel that...it failed to deliver. The installers wore skins the entire time (and didn't need to be told to wear them or to wear them properly) and it only took them two hours from start to finish. They were pleasant, respectful, and provided information that they... never communicated. If you are looking for a countertop I highly recommend Gerardo's Marble & Granite and if you go to 314 Bay West Blvd great job thank you very much Gerardo's”

“We highly recommend Kevin of Love Tile and Marble! We hired him to re-tile our shower after we learned water had been getting behind the tile and causing rot, due to shoddy work by the previous tile person. Kevin showed up for the estimate when he said he would, and had the estimate out to me promptly. His price was fair, so we set a date for the install, and he was there when he said he would be. He and his helper were friendly and professional through the process and took extra steps to protect our house during the work - putting down many drop cloths, taping up vents and cabinets during demolition. He kept us informed of the progress and the end result was spectacular! We would definitely use him again for our tiling needs.”

“So thankful for Kevin and the amazing work he did to fix our kitchen and most of all making the drive that he had to make to help us out. From the moment I first contacted him he got back to me almost immediately, was professional and scheduled our job for the same week. He showed up right on time and while doing the work took great care of our home taking the extra step to tape off our cabinets and put up plastic protection everywhere so dust did not escape throughout the house. He took a crappy granite installation (from another company) and made us love our kitchen again! Also took the time to fix other things that he noticed that we didn’t even notice. He spent the entire day at our home really taking his time with everything (there was a LOT to do ) and never did I feel like he rushed anything to get out of here and get home where he could have spent his Saturday! Do NOT hesitate to hire Kevin for any granite repairs. He is truly a professional. Also- super reasonable on price!! Thank you, Kevin! (The black in the first photo was a huge chip done by the company who installed it that they filled with black epoxy, the second photo is after Kevin fixed the chip. Now I can’t even find where it was!)”
