He uses state of the art technology to measure and fabricate countertops and shower walls and has consistently been the best price. I love that Jim is comfortable working with 3cm materials as I find the design trend heading in that direction. “The staff at Genoa was prompt at returning a phone call, knowledgeable about their product and professional in their work. We had located a granite slab at a warehouse that we wanted and, with a UPC code number, Genoa located the piece and shipped it to their shop. They (very) accurately measured our kitchen counter top plan and machined the slab to a perfect fit. The staff member measuring the room had a few good suggestions on edge finishing that we had not considered and having followed their recommendations, we could not be happier with the finished product. A first rate company all around.”

“We hired Jeremy Emery Tile for a couple of remodel projects both in our home and our business, and were 100% satisfied! He showed up on time and was extremely neat and organized. He did a beautiful tile floor in our master bath, with larger tiles laid diagonally, which made the room appear much larger. The result was breathtaking! He also tiled the walls around the sink area in our hair salon with the same beautiful results. Jeremy is extremely detail oriented, and cleans the work areas perfectly after the job is completed. He is a top notch professional and shows the greatest respect for his clients and their homes. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who wants a beautiful result with the least amount of disruption to their property.”

“Jeff spent several days at my home in Danville working on three bathrooms and our kitchen. Our biggest problem was a large moldy shower enclosure in the master bath. Jeff removed the old moldy grout and cleaned the tile, regrouted with a perfect color match, recaulked the entire enclosure, and sealed everything with two coats of sealer. The job site was immaculate at all times. Jeff was incredibly professional and patient with my young children throughout the process. The job exceeded our expectations and now - months later - it is still as beautiful and clean as the day he finished. He also cleaned, caulked, and sealed two other shower enclosures for preventative maintenance. We also had Jeff remove and replace old dirty/moldy caulking at backsplashes and undermount sinks throughout the house. We have been at this home for a year and have used numerous contractors for improvements throughout. Jeff is absolutely at the top of the list for results and professionalism. The price was great as well. I highly recommend New Look Grout.”
