“We truly enjoyed working with Ideal Tile. They are true professionals who really know their product. Lee and Gail were so helpful when it came to picking our tile. They listened to our wish list and worked to find just the right tile! There were so many options available to us. I must admit we are not the easiest of customers, but they never gave up on us. They continued to provide tiles until we found the one that was just right for us. Based on our experience we have recommended Ideal Tile to other friends who are in the process of renovating their home as well. They are equally as pleased as we are! “Juan and his team are amazing, the hidden gem you hear about! His honesty, integrity and fair pricing will blow you away as it is so rare in his business. We had a very intricate project consisting of a very large kitchen, 7 slabs of quartz and many waterfalls. Emily provided a comprehensive detailed design of the cabinetry from the concept and ideas we discussed with her at our initial meeting. We had no question what the outcome was going to be before the project commenced and Juan was able to tweak small things along the way. We knew he was the one to undertake a project of this scale and we were not disappointed. EVERYONE who walks into our home (from professional designers to friends) asks for the name of our designer and guess what, it was Juan, Emily and the team! His guys always arrived on time, had good communication and were very professional. If we ever had any questions or issues Juan was always available to immediately discuss with us. His advice and knowledge go above and beyond and his work is pure artistry and the best we have ever seen!!! Now Juan is working on our cigar lounge, can't wait to see his magic!”

“Infinity floors has provided me with the highest quality service. I purchased carpet at another flooring store to have made into an area rug for a client and the outcome was a disaster. After waiting over 2 months and being told week after week that it will be ready any day, finally upon delivery the workmanship was of such poor quality and was completely unacceptable. I then went to infinity floors and explained what I needed and had the same item within 2 weeks and was of the highest quality. They were very helpful with my concerns and put my mind at ease especially after my last experience with the previous company. “I have patronized this store for about 6 years now. They have a great selection of really nice tile in all price ranges. They offered tiles I could not get anywhere else when I redid my bathroom 5yrs ago. I also found our backsplash tile for our new kitchen here (after an exhausting search; I like to comparison shop) last year. The salespeople are very helpful with everything from design to selection and samples. They are knowledgeable about the different kinds of tile materials, and will make sure you have what you need to get the tile installed. I've also found in most cases that special orders have come in within 1 week of being ordered. I have been here more than 10 times in the last few years both for myself and with friends/family, and have never had a bad experience.”
