“Ordering was easy. The customer service couldn't be any better! The entire process was easy, and friendly. We picked the order up from the warehouse to save on shipping, and the warehouse folks were also so friendly and helpful! We ordered too many boxes, and returning them was no problem. Have I mentioned that I am totally in love with the tile? It's beautiful! All of the tiles in the boxes were in great condition (no broken or cracked pieces at all). I would 110% recommend Cement Tile Source. You also can't beat the price! I was shopping around and they saved me over $1,000 versus if I purchased this from a different source.”

“They installed wood flooring for me & the product & installation far exceeded my expectation. I also bought all my bathroom tile and Karndean for a bathroom remodel prior. I drove myself crazy on the bathroom by changing my mind many times & they never flinched with my indecision. I was a small job and they treated me like I was the most important person who ever walked through the door. It's the kind of service you get at Hilton's. I will never go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed! I wish I could find other businesses with this type of quality and service for all the other areas of my life.”

“I worked with Geoff and his team on several residential and hospitality projects when I lived in Dallas. They always presented materials that were unique. Their customer service was great. They would often times deliver samples to the office when I couldn't get out to get to their showroom. I attended several lunch and learns with the team and furthered my education of tile and stone. Geoff is just an all around great guy. I highly recommend him and his team for all your tile needs!”
