They explained the entire process before beginning the project: the measurements of surface areas; going to the warehouse to pick our granite 'slabs'; the cutting of the template; the final installation. Our finished kitchen counters look wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!”

“As we embarked on a complete kitchen gut renovation we were fortunate to be referred to USI through our contractor. As this was our first ever stone counter top purchase I was nervous to start the process. From the moment I walked into the store I was met by Twyla who graciously talked to me about what our needs were, look we were trying to achieve and budget. It took less than an hour with her help to find the perfect stone. Linda was next, she booked the templating and install, she was professional, answered all of our questions on the process, listened to our needs and scheduled it all in a reasonable time frame. What impressed us most was she actually called back when she said she would; not something that happens all that often anymore it seems. Tristan was very professional, personable and accurate when he came to do the templating as we found out when installers Karl and Sam from Get Er Done came with our beautiful stone., very minimal cutting needed to be done onsite. Installers Karl and Sam were excellent! The completed install is very well done and once again we were treated to personable and skilled professionals. Thank you to the entire USI team, you obviously take your work at customer service and quality work seriously, you have no idea what that means to us, we have not experienced that as often as we should have in this renovation. “Awesome guy to work with I was planning to replace my kitchen countertops with quartz. I friend told me about Rey and Firestone Creations. I always thought Concrete was a lot of work to maintain but Rey explained how advances in concrete technology have made it maintenance free and easy to care for. I took a chance and I am so pleased with the finished product. He took the time to discuss color and design over the phone. After about 20 minutes on the phone I was confident he could deliver something truly one-of-a-kind. He then brought samples to me to see how they looked in my kitchen with my light, paint and flooring. I’m glad he took this extra time to show the samples in my home as we were able to make some adjustments that fit my space better. I am so pleased with the finished product. It looks awesome! “If you are looking for a great deal on high quality counter tops - CJ Countertops Inc. is the company to hire. Carlos prides himself on providing top-notch customer service, and he genuinely tailors the experience to fit your needs and budget. CJ Countertops went over and above the call of duty to make sure that I was pleased with the final product, and the turnaround time was fantastic. He took care of all the plumbing and even installed a garburator for me last minute. Carlos also provided additional advice regarding tiling and cabinetry for my kitchen renovation. He knew the look I was going for, and made some suggestions that really made me LOVE the final result. I always thought white counters would be more work in terms of clean up, but Carlos was right - they are actually less work, and look very modern. I am over the moon with my counters from CJ Countertops, and I HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his team. A + rating”
