“Thank you Gerardo's Marble & Granite LLC.. was wonderful. He helped me after I had a disastrous installation experience with another company. and he left me without the granite that I paid. I called Gerardo and he took photos of various slabs until we found the exact match he wanted. Gerardo was understanding when I told him what happened with this other company and he told me that he would take good care of me. Gerardo put what happened in perspective and this was not the end of the world, it's just a countertop and a little inconvenience and delay in finishing my kitchen. The total cost of Gerardo's Marble & Granite was $2,000 less than... Now I have beautiful new countertops, a working stove, and $2,000 to spend on my kitchen backsplash! The peninsula was delivered as one solid piece and the underside has that uniform look and feel that...it failed to deliver. The installers wore skins the entire time (and didn't need to be told to wear them or to wear them properly) and it only took them two hours from start to finish. They were pleasant, respectful, and provided information that they... never communicated.
