“I have used Bruno for 2 different projects. He designed a kitchen and an outside deck for our home. Bruno has incredible skill and he is able to draw very clear plans that incorporate your ideas, allow for full functionality, and also satisfy city codes. He not only knows the codes but he also knows the process of getting plans submitted to the city, I was surprised and very happy that he accompanied me to city hall to get this done. Lastly, when issues arise (and as you know, with construction, there is always something) Bruno was there to provide answers to the contractors and smooth out the situation. I am Thankful to have hire him.”

“We were extremely pleased with our relationship with and work performed by Cornell Building and Design. Tom and Rhonda were always professional, pleasant, helpful, cost conscious, and went beyond the call of duty to serve our house building project. We could not have built our house without them on our team. The work performed was done timely and great quality. We were impressed with his diligence and care to make sure that we were happy with the outcomes. We appreciated his flexibility with our requests and involvement, working cooperatively and with a positive attitude with us on all of our idiosyncrasies. While we were gone on vacation, Tom pulled a rabbit out of a hat by getting our truss design modified to accommodate the attic furnace location (and also allow for storage space), as well as make sure that we had delivery on time (when other companies were giving us a 6 week backlog.)
