“I hired dJA Architects to design a 400 sqft office over an existing garage space. The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

“Mark was recommended to us by a local contractor, and he turned out to be great throughout the entire process. He did conceptual drawings and then the full set of plans for a major remodel on our Spanish revival home in 2009. We had alot of our own ideas and he respected them, all the while adding his own input and rolling it all together into a stunning final result. Most of the work centered around a kitchen remodel and adding a covered back porch and entry from the driveway. There was also a bath room laundry room, office area and dining room with a fireplace. He was very pleasant to work with (easy going, nice guy, etc) which helps enormously when you're trying to get the mental images of what you want on to paper. One thing still stands out is that his plans were so thorough and full of so many details. Very impressive work, and our project wasn't easy.”

“I feel so fortunate to have met Sarah Lee when I initially walked into Guchi Interior Design. She has a solid background in design and is very experienced. She listened to my quirky ideas and my tendency to love bling. The results were master and guest bathrooms which would be described as timeless classic with some sparkle. She added new products which we love and took my request for an under the counter hair dryer/curling iron holder in stride. Sarah coordinated my idea with Guchi Interior’s master craftsman and I LOVE IT!!!! She was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We have signed on for a kitchen remodel and cannot wait to see the finished product!”

She has suggested may subtle features for the house that I would not have though of that for very little additional money adds value and convenience. She has made sure that construction stays on track and on budget. I highly recommend her services.”

“We are on our third project with Interiors Panache (master bath, guest bath-done and family room-underway) and are truly satisfied with the team at Interiors Panache. During initial consultations, Carol and her team quickly grasped what we liked and did not like and came back with great suggestions. In the rare instance where we did not agree with a proposal, it was modified or de-scoped to our complete satisfaction. From initial consultation through design and construction, we have always been treated with the utmost respect. The finished product has exceeded our expectation for the first 2 project and we expect the same for our third project. As additional projects come up, we fully intend to call Interiors Panache.”
