“Tim did a very innovative overhaul of our home in Centerville, Massachusetts a few years ago that included adding dormers and living space in the attic as well as combining the second floor of a two-family into one-floor and adding a bedroom to the back of the unit that lost its second floor. It had always been a dream of ours to work with an architect to design a house we would call home. Terry was able to coax out of us what we wanted in a home but never had the language to describe properly. He transformed our vague concepts into a home that perfectly meets our families needs and nurtures our souls. The exterior of the house looks like it grew organically out of the ground, adapting perfectly to our challenging site. Even better, Terry was able to tailor his services to meet our budget while still achieving these spectacular results. “Our experience with Don was great from start to finish. Before designing the house we built, he traveled 4 hours to visit the site of the house taking pictures from all angles to determine how best to situate the house on the lot. During the design process, he would take the time to show us things in his own house to compare with what was on the plans. It gave us a better sense of how the plans would translate when we built. After construction started, he was readily available to answer any questions we had about the construction as well as to speak with the builder. His experience with building is a huge asset when it comes to translating the design into a finished product. All in all, our experience was great and we couldn't be happier with the home he designed for us. We highly recommend Don.”

“"Cheryl Newton Architect LLC was wonderful to work with. Cheryl is very professional, creative, caring, and intuitive. She quickly realized our likes and dislikes and was very open to our ideas, suggestions, and working together with us to design our dream home. We had a very challenging lot on a lake and Cheryl worked together with the town, our civil engineer, and our landscaper to make the most of the space we had. If we ever needed to design another home we would definitely use her services again.”
