It is a challenge to be 400 miles from your property during the design process. They are patient, efficient, informative and creative. One staff member even worked during holiday closure to be sure that our plans were submitted timely to the county planning department by a deadline that, if we had missed, could possibly have cost us more in fees. “Prior to deciding to design/ build my dream home, I always made it a point to stop and speak with the owners of spectacular homes in my area. I soon began to notice that Sean's name kept coming up.
