“Lisa and I engaged 9Design Environments in 2014 as architects for the renovation of our run down home in Auckland. Documentation was provided cost efficiently and on time, and during the build all site inspections undertaken on schedule. Shannon and her colleagues were friendly, approachable and professional and worked well with our builder. Most importantly, during the design stages, Shannon was open to our ideas, testing them and either giving us a reality check or finding creative and practical ways to make them work. We are very happy with the result.”
