“We asked Blake to consider turning our tired and well worn lake house into a home we would be proud of and enjoy going to once again. Blake brought us into the present day look of a lovely family house on the water. We rearranged rooms, moved doorways, took down walls and installed a fabulous wall of windows looking out on the lake. He heard us when we described our ideal house and blended his knowledge and creative experience and gave us the absolute perfect lake home. The kitchen, the open den, the bathrooms and the back porch all have the improvements needed with functionality and beauty. We just couldn’t be happier with our new look.”

“Complete kitchen and living area remodel as well as master bedroom addition. Ellyn's timeless design helped us gain the full potential of our 50+ year old home. We have storage, open floor plan and flow which were lacking in the original home. Her idea of open shelving in our kitchen is one of my favorite features. Skylights in the master bathroom bring in natural light while maintaining privacy.”

“Matthew did a great job helping us remodel our house. He did a fantastic job on the sketches and designs for us. Drew up exactly what we were envisioning. He also did an excellent job communicating not only the "how's" of the designs but the "why's". He helped overcome some unforeseen challenges in the process of the remodel with excellent results and worked well with the contractor to make sure the design met the finished product.”

“We hired Josh as the architect to completely gut and remodel our house in the year 2010. We have already moved back into our new home, and we love everything about it. Josh is one of these unique young architects who always thinks outside the box. His style is to implement spaces that have simple, clean straight lines, aesthetically beautiful yet very functional. His ability to see minute details is also great. As a businessman he is on time, hard worker, respectful, honest, easy to deal with, and makes quick decisions. I will hire Josh anytime for my future projects.”

“We hired Chrisopher to design a home with an in law suite that would suit not just my family but my extended family. His ability to translate concepts/ideas/preferences/thoughts into a well though out, practical, creative home design goes above and beyond anything we could have anticipated. We are simply awed time and time again by his almost instantaneous grasp of how to redesign a space in a matter of seconds into something even better than what we had envisioned. “I am a Custom Builder in the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex and have worked with Mike and his team on numerous projects. They have done various size and style projects for us and have excelled at all of them. Most residnential architecture in DFW is done by desingers and not architects. The fact that Mike is an Architect is HUGE. When they provide us with a set of plans, all the details are there. It makes our job easier and gives the client a better product. I would certainly recommend Firmitas Design and will continue to use them.”

“Stephen adapted a stock plan for our house, which we called the Fieldstream. The in-office process was focused and creative, while the follow up and plan completion was perhaps a bit less timely. Nevertheless, the result in terms of functionality, flow, and great touches like the desk nook was great.”

“Purva Design Studio was amazing in the design and build-out of our office and showroom. It was a challenging project that required a full remodel and gut of the entire space. Her knowledge of both architecture and construction led us to work with her over some of the other design firms we had interviewed. We get many compliments from our customers, and have now referred her to many other companies and friends we know who had complex new builds and remodels. Additionally, after our office, the firm also did a large remodel for our house. Once again this was pretty complex, and their ability communicate with all the contractors and sub-contractors on our site helped save us a lot of money and time. Highly recommend!”
