“Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.”

“Donna, Allan, and their architectural support team are amazingly and refreshingly personal, creative, professional, and responsive. They were able to take an old 70s ranch with all its oddities and convert it into a new craftsman style home. They listened carefully over many conferences to come up with a creative design, worked within our budget to get us what we needed, revised and revised patiently to get it perfect, and then followed up with on the job supervision and sometimes substantive changes on the fly, including invaluable help with the governmental review process. They all worked so well with our construction crew, who had their cell numbers for on the spot questions about plans or problems, of which, one can imagine, there were many. Thanks to Donna's architectural design (the neighbors are truly in awe of the front elevation and interior transformation), Allan's meticulously drafted plans (the city review board and fire teams said they had never seen such meticulous detail), and the respectful collaboration with all involved (we are all still talking to each other after what ended up being a tedious, four year project), we now have the transformed home we wanted when we started: solid as a rock and nearly soundproof, aesthetically consistent with the older parts of the house, and the openness, light, and functionality of a new home, even if it all drove Donna and Allan crazy sometimes trying to get it for us! They did it all with a smile, and with exceptional professionalism. They certainly went the distance for us, and are just an awesome team. They have my highest recommendation as an architectural firm.”

“I have worked with Kim Taylor for almost 14 years. From the minute I met her, I knew we'd work well together! She is mindful of her client's needs and budget. I like that Kim thinks "outside the box" with her approach to design, so each space she creates is unique and not at all "cookie cutter!" Kim's attention to detail is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about architecture, so rehabbing a house is one of her specialties! She strives to maintain the integrity of the house's character so the rehab work looks as if it was part of the original design. Kim is a very down-to-earth person who is extremely creative and fun, and I would highly recommend her design services to anyone!”

“Susan Bower did an outstanding job as the architect for the remodel of our condo at Lindell Terrace in the Central West End of St. Louis, MO. We purchased our condo for many reasons but one of the principal attractions was that this particular building allowed us to easily take down walls to open up the space and redo the layout to our liking. Susan was instrumental in helping design the perfect home for us. She started by trying to understand our vision and then offered alternative designs that took our initial thoughts and translated them into the clean, modern, practical, beautiful and elegant look we wanted. The use of lighting, something we had not focused on, was a creative way to enhance the space and give it a perfect atmosphere. Also, her vision on how to use all the space (where to put doors and where to move walls) was simply the best use of the space to achieve our goals. Besides her talents as an architect and designer, Susan demonstrated professionalism, competence and an ability to relate to people. Her communication skills and construction knowledge were evident when she was asked to help find solutions to construction related issues. She has been a pleasure to work with in all facets of the project and we highly recommend her for her design skills, her people skills and most of all her ability to take our vision and implement it adding her own spin to make it the perfect home. “I have worked with Architect Randall Comfort for over twenty years now. Since the summer of 1993 my company has completed numerous construction projects that were designed by Randall and each experience was nothing less than professional. Randall possesses a unique creative talent that I find rare in this cookie cutter age of design and construction. I have worked with other design firms and found that they often fall short when it comes to creativity. Not only has my company worked directly for Randall's clients but I have also employed Comfort Architecture in a design-build capacity on many occasions. Randall always provides very detailed complete sets of working drawings that make my job as a contractor easier. Many of the local muni- cipalities I work in recognize the quality of his work and the permitting process is often expedited. One last note regarding Randall's services.
