“I had the pleasure of knowing and working with the owners of Z+ Architects on mutual clients projects and it was a wonderful experience. I am a big believer in collaborating with like minded people and professionals, so working with Mike and Mary Scro (both owners) was very easy and enjoyable. Simply we strive for the same things, designs that are thought provoking, but more importantly, suit the site and the clients needs, function, budget and life style. They clearly love what they do and are so incredibly accountable, sincere and committed to their craft and clients, that is why I hired them for my personal residence. “Xiomara and team completed the design for our project - a 3 story addition to our 1920's home. We are in the process of adding a finished basement/media room, first floor mud room/powder room/family room, second floor master suite, and third floor bedroom/bath. We chose to work with Xiomara because of her focus on seemlessly incorporating the new with the old - you cannot tell we have even done an addition. Our project was complex and required reworking the entire clay tile roof line. Our house now functions beautifully. Xiomara had many great ideas and she took our rough concept of what we needed and has transformed our home. I would highly recommend Xiomara and her team.”

“I hired ROAM Design to design an addition of a family room to my home. In doing so, I wanted to maximize the current space I had, add the room and update my kitchen to make the space family friendly, open and comfortable. In planning the addition, Amy met frequently with my husband and I to get an understanding of what we wanted. She offered suggestions and options, always mindful of our budget and preferences. Her drawings were detailed and thorough, which enabled us to visualize the addition and helped our contractor price the work for us. Amy was always available and responsive to our questions and needs. Her fee was fair and she was upfront and honest regarding all costs. My husband and I were extremely pleased with all aspects of the work ROAM Design did for us and would highly recommend them. Amy went beyond her responsibility as our architecture in communicating with our contractor and providing suggestions to us. She is very detail-oriented and the details she incorporated into our addition are what makes it so special.In addition to adding value to our home, we love our addition and the opportunities it has afforded my family as a place to comfortably relax, spend time together and entertain.”

“I worked with Jeff for one year planing the House in Poughkeepsie, New York. The details on the plans where exceptional. My firm built the house which took two and a half years to complete. The customer was delighted with the final Product. The proportions of the rooms where perfect. The mouldings and trim spectacular. Every time I drive by I say this is the perfect house for me and my family. Oh that's right it is my house.”

“I engaged Harry to develop plans for a redesign/rebuild of a detached garage/studio. I very much enjoyed working with Harry. He listened to what I was looking for, both stylistically and with respect to the practicable use of the space, and designed a structure that I'm very happy with. It was an incremental and collaborative process and the final product is something I like visually and that also fulfills competing requirements (storage space, working space and guest space). The final plans look great. Everything was done on a timely basis and I thought fairly priced, especially given the quality of the work. I'm looking forward to turning them into a finished structure over the summer of 2019.”
