“Spencer is a great Architect. I had him draw up Plans with numerous options for a potential building project - which I hope the planners will approve (one day ??!!!?? )He was very helpful to get the plans through to the planning portal .....giving attention to the smallest detail. I find him to be a friendly,honest and well mannered person who is highly articulate in nature and design. I would have no hesitation to give him my recommendation.
