“Ron Seeto project managed our home improvements after he had done the drawings of what we the client wanted to achieve. Major out door changes saw new swimming pool with a large dining entertaining area with outdoor fireplace and BBQ area. Many challenges with changes of drains etc as many unknown features when we started but a professional finish to a satisfied customer”

“Jessamine designed a back deck for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This wasn't a simple deck, it had to tie into an existing deck on a level below, which is yet not ground level. And because we have an odd shaped lot, it had work within the council restrictions for setbacks from our neighbours. On top of all of that, I wanted it to look interesting and give me the space and practicality I needed. Being a designer myself, I thought I knew just what it should look like, but Jessamine brought some great new ideas to the project, which improved and enhanced my original ideas. She was professional, did all the work in a timely manner, worked through all the frustrations presented by council and gave my builder a perfect set of plans for a relatively complicated structure. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessamine for any and all projects requiring an architect. And I do so regularly! She has great ideas, a creative approach and is very easy to work with while always getting the job done as timely and on budge as possible.”

“Maud have been great to work with and come up with a really innovative and considered design for our renovation. Natasha had really good knowledge of Resource Consent requirements in a heritage zone so we had minimal issues with council. She has also been very hands on during the build process and helped us navigate our way through a myriad of decisions along the way. We are really pleased with our house we now have a beautifully designed, light filled family home, which has maximised every space - it has changed the way we live.”
