“Wendy went above and beyond staging my listing in River Creek. I would never hire anyone else and I have dealt with other stagers before. She is overqualified as she is an architect by trade but that is another advantage of hiring her. Her furniture was of the highest quality and perfect for the home. I believe the home sold because of her efforts.”

“I hired Carolyn to design and create plans for a kitchen renovation. We ended up making modifications to most of our first floor and the finished area of our basement. Carolyn was so easy to work with. We really enjoyed the design phase with her, and she brought a sense of calm and problem solving when there was a challenge with our renovation. She is very attentive and was quick to respond with ideas when we we had questions. I would absolutely hire her again if/when we decide to turn our house upside down in the future.”

Mona is an excellent listener and was able to provide a design and material selection that satisfied both me and my husband (no easy feat). Mona also worked diligently with our builder to ensure that our home was built to spec and code. “Ned was my architect for a substantial home remodel in Alexandria, Va. The project required building permits and had quite a few challenges. I have worked with quite a few architects. Ned Poffenberger stands out. He runs a full service architect firm - design, permits, & construction administration. From the start, he listened to my ideas. He is remarkably organized and never misses deadlines. In fact, Ned is often early on his tasks. He provides prompt feedback and also educates his client on the permit and construction process. Ned's finished product is excellent as is his customer service. I would strongly recommend his firm. I will definitely call on him again.”
