“We had no idea how wonderful it could be to have an architect's help until we met Jessica. We felt listened to and like she really took the time to hear an understand our project. When we called Jessica (at the suggestion of our realtor) for help in remodeling the kitchen in the house we were purchasing, we had no idea what a gift she would be! Not only is she excellent with all the design details and measurements and everything else an architect is supposed to do, but she was able to help us with materials and think outside the box to accomplish our goals in creative ways. Jessica also helped us tie in the look and feel of our kitchen/dining room to our front outdoor space and thought of other details we wouldn't have even considered. Jessica was professional and easy to work with, she was gracious and even able to understand/communicate well with both my husband and me and help us figure out what we wanted. “Peter is a local architect and affiliated with the AIA Central Coast Chapter (currently on the board of directors). He has a great taste in design and has many great projects under his belt. I was fortunate enough to receive a personal tour of his Salmon Residence project recently. After seeing what he had done with this project, my appreciation for residential architecture truly heightened. This home is definitely one of my top favorite buildings in San Luis Obispo. The details on this building are incredible, and the interior spaces are unique and ravishing. Besides his designs however, Peter is a really down to earth person and very easy to talk to. He is nice, charming, and very well knowledgeable in his trade. Working with him is always wonderful, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”

“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. However, these guys know their stuff, and are deftly navigating us around those challenges. Strongly recommend these guys!”

“I had a pleasure to work with Mr. Hanna. He is very nice, polite, honest and professional. He did my structural foundation plan for an master bedroom addition. After I received the plan, I went to the city to get an approval but needs some revision. City engineer talked to Mr. Hanna, for less than 2 hours the revision has been done. City engineer called me telling me that I need to go back to the city because the plan is already approved. I will definitely use this company for my future project and will recommend to my friend and family.”
