As we were living interstate throughout the design process, communication was really important to us, and the team made the whole experience feel easy. They took the time to listen to all of our ideas and preferences and turned them into a design that felt exactly right for our family and the way we live. One thing that really stood out was their attention to detail. There are so many elements throughout the house that we would never have thought of ourselves, but they have ended up making such a big difference to the finished result. It was clear that a huge amount of thought went into every aspect of the design, both from a practical and aesthetic point of view. “We were recommended Michael Fogarty Building Design from a potential builder and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had an initial idea of what type of family home we wanted to build but Michael and his team took it to the next level with their ideas and design. Throughout the design process we did change our mind quite a lot, but these requests for change were always received well and never felt like too much trouble. They made themselves very available to us whenever we wanted to have a chat in person and were happy to take their time to discuss ideas from both sides. The whole design process was extremely stress free for us. Our house is currently being built and seeing the design come to life has been so exciting to watch. We can't wait to see the final product!
