“I hired RHAD Architects to design our new kitchen. I chose them because I was a huge fan of the beautiful work they did at a popular wellness spa in the city. I wanted something distinctive, something outside the box, but not something so different that it didn't feel comfortable. My kitchen is the crown jewel of our house. A few years later my husband hired them to design a set of townhouses. Again, they went over and above. The townhouses fit seamlessly with the traditional/historic vibe of the street, with a subtle modern twist which offers a hint of what's inside. The interior design is clean and modern, and clever use of space at every turn. Because these are rental properties, we needed them to be highly desirable to prospective tenants (upper middle class empty nesters) but not break the bank.
