“To all who are contemplating a building project, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Perth Residential Architect to design and manage your building project, Antony designed and managed our residential property in Victoria Park for us from start to finish, and having to deal with the shire council in regard to the design requirements of the heritage listed area we planned to build in, Antony dealt with the tender process in the selection of a builder to construct our house, and the recommendation of certain contractors to carry out important work, our build sounds complex but was made easy for us with Antony as our building manager.
