Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. “My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design. He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings. Can't recommend him highly enough!”

“Ryan Schmidt assisted me with two National Register of Historic Places nominations: The Light House in San Antonio, Texas and the amendment to the nomination of the Goliad Courthouse Square in Goliad, Texas. It was imperative that the nominations have professional architectural input. Ryan's knowledge and experience were invaluable to the success of both projects. His helpful attitude, and his ability to meet the deadlines required were exceptional. .His maps for both projects were detailed and correct. His plans and descriptions for The Light House were very professional, and the nomination was approved by the Department of the Interior in 2011.The Goliad project is being completed (2014) by the Texas Historical Commission.”

The entire team is very professional, very patient and above all very creative. Just recently, I became a lucky owner of a home that the architecture of it was designed by JMS, and I'm loving it!!!”
