He was sensitive and cognizant of the emotional factors going into the design process, given our circumstances. Dennis took us through the entire process, from design concept through City approval, from choosing a contractor through managing on-site building issues. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful, energy efficient home.”

“Designed a fabulous kitchen for modern day living while keeping in mind that we wanted to maintain the 1937 era of our home. Assisted us with picking cabinets, granite, paint colors, fixtures, etc. Also designed a master bathroom assisting with tile, counter tops and paint color selections. Assisted with paint color selections thoughout the house. We could not be happier with the final product and would highly recommend Simmons and Company. Took care of minor issues immediately.”
