I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Our site was extremely steep (think near vertical) and Oscar was able to create an incredibly efficient solution by integrating structural and site design with our unconventional floorplan needs. “Brandt did a project for our home on Acadia Lane this past year. We needed to add space over our garages. My mom was moving down and she needed a small apartment on one side and to make it look like a match a man cave for the other side. Brandt was such a creative force and did an amazing job. He created a seamless look for our house that only enhanced the look an beauty of the architecture of our home. He worked with the town to make sure it was within their guidelines and he helped us with finding contractors etc. Would definitely recommend him for any project you are contemplating.
