“Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. “Larry Belk designed our custom home with a particular eye for placement on the lot. We have a dry creek bed that runs down the middle and provided a challenge regarding depth of the house. He listened to our desires and came up with a design that surpassed our expectations. We are in love with our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and was available throughout the building process to provide guidance. He has an eye for what is aesthetically pleasing no matter the style of the home. I would highly recommend him.”
