“My wife and I recently had the opportunity to add an outdoor living area to our house of 19 years. On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. Throughout the construction process, Bryant and or the project supervisor came by each day (sometimes more than once a day) to make sure every process was running smoothly. “We needed a pavilion to go alongside our new pool. I reached out to Kyle with a basic description of what we needed and he was able to quickly provide an initial plan. I gave feedback on what we wanted changed--basically have it be more modern than traditional--and within a couple days, he came up with a really impressive design that met all our needs!! The plan detailed all of the material specifications and hardware. I realized I needed to add an existing deck to the plan and Kyle offered to do that for free! For a small fee, he also provided takeoffs that let me know exactly the amount of material I needed. For the build, I feel much better about going with a contractor that I haven't worked with before because I know everything they need is in the plan, and I can even inspect their work myself based on the plan! I highly recommend Kyle and would definitely go with him the next time I need to build anything! I'll post pictures when the build is done.”

What you spend up front on excellent design and construction management will be recouped many times over in savings on the cost of living and maintenance.
