“In early 2015, my husband and I bought his childhood home which was in an ideal location on the water on Merritt Island but had been neglected for ten years or more. The decision was made to demolish it to start over & rebuild on the site. I had my own ideas for what we wanted and was referred to MelD Studio by our contractor.
