“I hired dJA Architects to design a 400 sqft office over an existing garage space. The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

“Thanks to Justin. After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. “Bill Went to the project and was in the new addition. Vernon was afraid he'd have to provide oxygen-I was so overwhelmed by the space! Thank you for all you have done and are doing To transform the random ideas that we presented you with in the beginning when we really didn't even know what we wanted to the house that is flooded with light and to be in the three dimensional area was beyond anything I had expected To say " job well done" does not do justice to your expertise It must give you a great sense of satisfaction to be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after all you have had to deal with: famine, pestilence and the city Thank you Joanne”

“Dave Piches was a perfect fit for my project. There are many reasons to hire an architect but mine could be reduced to one large factor; creativity. Being a contractor for the past 23 years, I'm not new the construction process and I have rather high expectations. Couple this aspect of the situation with the fact that for years I had attempted to draw the plans myself as part of a creative outlet but could not bring all of the aesthetics in place as a comprehensive whole which had any panache. After Dave met with me and my wife, he took the plans I provided along with the ideas we stated and created an entirely different design. At first my feelings were a bit hurt that none of what I supplied was used in the final design, but as I went through his plans that faded quickly. He heard everything we requested and then added "wow" which resulted in a fantastic design that intrigues all that visit. Every detail I had described and drawn was used but in ways I had not imagined. If creativity is the order of the day, you'll be in good hands with Dave Piches.”

As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

“Mark was recommended to us by a local contractor, and he turned out to be great throughout the entire process. He did conceptual drawings and then the full set of plans for a major remodel on our Spanish revival home in 2009. We had alot of our own ideas and he respected them, all the while adding his own input and rolling it all together into a stunning final result. Most of the work centered around a kitchen remodel and adding a covered back porch and entry from the driveway. There was also a bath room laundry room, office area and dining room with a fireplace. He was very pleasant to work with (easy going, nice guy, etc) which helps enormously when you're trying to get the mental images of what you want on to paper. One thing still stands out is that his plans were so thorough and full of so many details. Very impressive work, and our project wasn't easy.”
