“We interviewed several firms for our 3-story home addition. We chose Nugent for a few reasons. One, they don't beat around the bush. They are honest and work hard to stay within budget. In fact, we have several meetings before any type decision was made or money was exchanged to be sure the project could be done to both parties satisfaction. Two, as a design/build firm, it was so much easier to keep track of who is in charge of what and where accountability is. There's only one person managing your project... so it is super easy with Nugent to get answers and attention. There weren't any terms that were over my head, and the design team was so good about walking us through every little step so that we were comfortable.
