“They helped design & create an original and beautiful kitchen which we call the aviator kitchen. They did all the woodwork ! Custom made and assisted us with their creativity. They were perfectionist and very patient. I am currently using them for more areas of the house ; bathroom cabinets, closets and a tv unit. I highly recommend them. “Being a one off, high end, residential developer, I have used numerous architects over the years. YRA is my go to firm and Dennis Rainho is my go to guy. Dennis is an excellent architect both for design and for execution. His plans are excellent, with few errors and he is always there for you when there is a problem. His designs fit the job perfectly and he designs your house, not his. He has a great attitude, not the least bit pompous as many architects are. He is a pleasure to work with. I only do "spec" houses. Dennis understands a house that doesn't know who is going to live in it. We have done five houses together with a total value of $25,000,000. I trust YRA ompletely!”
