“Ian designed our Steamboat home remodel and our private home near Monarch Mountain. He also helped us with a historic commercial building in downtown Salida. A complicated project. Ian is very professional and his architectural scope is diverse. He is a creative problem solver and will listen to concerns, working within the constraints of a project to keep cost more efficient. He seems facile with many architectural styles. I am a builder of homes for 40 years and know when i've found someone exceptional. Our experience was extremely satisfactory and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him.”

She has also helped us on an ongoing basis with furniture choices, art selection, landscaping and a variety of other projects. In every case, her work has been professional, inspired, cost-effective and beautiful. My wife and I will never do a project without her guidance and leadership.”
