Curtiss listened to our needs (even following my wife's Pintrest account), visited the site and surrounding neighborhoods, researched local requirements, and then QUICKLY synthesized all the information into plan and elevations that we could take to the architectural review board (ARB). We were able to complete the ARB review in one meeting, and then Curtiss worked with our contractor to develop the final contract documents. Now we have a quality, energy efficient, home with lots of natural light: at a price we could afford. We have been living in our home for a few months, and we love it! Curtiss is a super hard worker. He met our project's tight deadlines, without complaint or unexpected charges. The price we paid for his services was fair. In every project there are things that one would do differently.
