“Greg and Joel were excellent from the beginning of construction. By the time construction was completed, they were like members of the family (even sharing Christmas cookies). We wanted an addition of a master bedroom and bath on the first floor without it looking like an add-on. Greg designed the addition, and you cannot tell it was not a part of the original house built 28 years ago. All crews involved in the work were professional, hardworking, and friendly. Greg and Joe worked along side all the outside contractors. We were very impressed with all who had a part in the construction. Greg paid attention to details to make sure everything was done to his specifications. Whenever we had concerns, Greg addressed them, and they were resolved to our satisfaction. He has kept up with today's design options and made recommendations that would be advantageous to us if we ever sell. He put in a conditioned crawl space which should be very economical for us. Those who had to work there said they had never seen or worked in a nicer crawl space. Being elderly, Greg made the addition as age friendly as possible for us.
