“I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

Principal Bruce Taylor won our confidence and produced a great design reflecting our needs and respectful of our budget. WE are building now. Plans are clear, suitable for permitting and construction. Designs were delivered on time. When issues arise as they always do, we all resolve them with a minimum of fuss. Bruce has great design sense and a sense of humor which helps in a complex process. He really listens. He works well with our contractor, available for consults as necessary. Billing is clear and understandable. Summit did a great job for us.”
