“Project involved complete remodel of home basement into office, handicap bathroom, bedroom, laundry, mechanical room and storage. Space utilization and efficiency were critical. Architect was highly professional, accommodating and thorough. She worked closely with the general contractor regarding layout details to meet customer requirements and desires. Multiple plan details were revised promptly. She listened to customer issues very well, did not "push" us one way or the other and was a delight to work with. P.S. We have very high standards for quality and are knowledgeable in construction.”

“Bruce Knutson Architects has done three different building projects for my wife and myself from large commercial building, build out of our Minneapolis condo and large addition to our home. Bruce has always done a great job with great follow thru and a true professional. For example, on our home addition we worked with Bruce for about nine months going over the plans and making revisions on paper rather then after we started building. By doing this we only had one change order to our addition for a year plus of building.”
