“We had a few issues due to unexpected conditions which were delaying our completion date. I called Justin and he reviewed the plan and specs, discovering some misinterpretation of a few code issues. He was not the original architect, but agreed to assist us. JPF Architects got it all sorted out for us. I plan to call and have them take the next project on from the beginning stages.”

“We live in an old farm house that was added on to many years ago. That addition was poorly built, poorly planned, falling apart, and needed to be torn down in favor of a new addition. Andy really listened when we described what we were trying to achieve with the new addition. His design matched the old farm house perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our house now looks like a classic old farm house but has modern amenities that make it a great livable space for our family.”

“I have been delighted with the results of two projects where I used Suzanne's services. The first was a family room remodel with new built-ins, fireplace surround, lighting, flooring and furniture. The second was a master bath remodel with large custom shower, double vanity, new tile and flooring, cabinetry, lighting and dressing area. Suzanne is a pleasure to work with, detail oriented and a great problem solver. She is great at space planning and has a wonderful flair for color. “Baggot & Bak, Ltd. remodelled the first floor of our very old house. Sandra Baggot worked well with the structural engineer, contractor and my children. She presented four options so that we could choose the best option to fit our needs. Her attention to my needs as a handicapped senior resulted in a home that is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. Our family would not have been able to complete the project on time without her coordination. And the cost was fair and right. Thank you Sandra and Baggot & Bak.”

“We first began working with Elizabeth Springer, owner of Dames Design in approximately September 2012. We sought out her structural engineering skills to reinforce two pillars in our basement that were built to support the extra weight in our new kitchen and mudroom, she also detailed a drawing and instructions for a steel beam to support a two story bump out. After more than proving her capabilities and meticulous eye for detail we asked Elizabeth to design our long awaited three car garage and roof terrace. Elizabeth worked with us every step of the way keeping us informed and tweaking our drawings when necessary. She works extremely well with other building contractors in a construction setting in what is predominately a male dominated occupation. We give Elizabeth a full five stars for her excellent detailed architectural drawings, superior knowledge and consistent communication and would highly recommend her to anyone intending on beginning any project large or small!”

“Archer and Buchanan drew up the architectural plans to renovate and build an extension to a Pennsylvania farmhouse. They collaborated throughout the project with the builders. They offered expertise in maintaining historic features whilst modernizing the property. The outcome was just what we wanted. It was a great experience.”
