“We had very difficult lot to find a house plan for the square footage we desired. We were very fortunate to find a plan that would fit our lot which was available at Don Hildabrand Home Designs. This saved us the cost of having to have a plan drawn up from scratch. Don was very helpful in guiding us through the changes we wanted to make to the initial plan. He has been available to us for guidance when we needed further resource recommendations during the builiding process. The cost for the house plans and his services were well in line with our budget. I have recommended his services to others.”

“As a home builder, I have found that Charles always takes the time to understand the design/feel I am looking for in a particular home. He is always open to my input in design, and always has great ideas where I am struggling to make something come together just right. He has the ability to take my thoughts from chicken scratch and scribbled drawings on notebook paper and turn them into useable construction documents. When working with our custom home clients, Charles always treats them as though they were long lost friends, and works with them until he gets everything how they want. My relationship with Charles began when I was a superintendent for another home builder, and continued once I branched out on my own. As a person, I know of few people with the sincerity and decorum as Charles. Not only would I recommend Charles as an Architect, he is the only architect that I recommend.”

“Working with Erica was the most enjoyable experience! It felt like she very intentionally took the time to get to know us and our tastes, so that when it came time to bring our ideas to life, she knocked it out of the park at every single step! She was enthusiastic, her designs were fresh and modern, and she was absolutely happy to incorporate our ideas, or invite us to challenge some of hers the whole way, even though we really only had a few minor inputs as she had most everything covered. We were so excited going into every meeting to see what she had come up with. The whole process was organized, professional, and every meeting ended with the next meeting scheduled so we knew exactly what the timeline was. The experience she brought to the table was very impressive and the focus she brought made us feel like we were her most important clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We not only had her design the entire structure and floor plan, but also the materials selection, and would recommend her and the Dinnes Studio to anyone!”
