They were involved in the site planning as well as two unit designs for the initial phase of this 3 phased project. They also assisted me in seeing the project through the subdivision review process and worked with the Builder and the engineering firm (PCI) to see the first 4 units of the project built. They have assisted with redesign of one of the original plan to a single level plan that would fit on an existing foundation and I have been very pleased with their services.”
