Freddy has wonderful design ideas that translate into very good plans for the actual build. Our house has an open floor plan and Freddy was able to include all the specifications that give the house the structural integrity needed for the open concept design near the coast. The house is beautiful and well thought out, we wouldn’t change a things thanks to the thoughtful approach taken by Freddy. They are a top drawer firm.”
